Sleep has always been a necessity in our lives because we work hard day and night without getting much sleep. However, lack of sleep can actually put us in great danger such as death and study shows that this has become the country's #1 health problem.
This is an installation project (including a movie & a 2D print) about Polyphasic sleep, which is a several alternative sleeping pattern that is achieved by short naps of around 15-30 min throughout the day.
